Conference fees amounts to 350 euros per person. It includes registration fees, full board accommodation in single rooms (bathroom shared by two bedrooms), coffee breaks, the excursion and the arrival and departure shuttles (arrival shuttle: October 14^th at 6.30 PM from the Bordeaux railway station; departure shuttle: October 20^th at 8.30 AM from the site of the JRJC, arriving by 10 AM at the Bordeaux railway station).

Upon registration, please contact the financial service of your Institute and give them the present notice, asking them to proceed with the payment by purchase order (“bon de commande”) payable to:

"SFP Division Particules et Champs - JRJC 2018, SIRET : 784 544 850 000 18".

The order should be sent by email to the JRJC secretariat (Isabelle Cossin, cossin@lpnhe.in2p3.fr). The invoice will be sent to your Institute, and you will not have to pay yourself in advance.

The conference fees can also be paid:

• by check, payable to "SFP - Division Particules et Champs (JRJC 2017)", to be sent to the JRJC secretariat (Isabelle Cossin, LPNHE 4 place jussieu Case 200 - 75005 Paris, cossin@lpnhe.in2p3.fr)

• by wire transfer on the "SFP - Division Particules et Champs" bank account:

NB: Do not forget to book your transportation and ask your Institute to give you a Mission Order (“ordre de mission”).
